Regular AC Cleaning and Maintenance service involves the cleaning of the AC filter, drain pan, grills and diffusers, in addition to a check up of the gas actuator and thermostat. This is a Regular AC Cleaning and the process takes around 30-45 minutes per AC unit.
On the other hand, we also offer a Deep AC Cleaning plus sanitization service which involves a complete regular cleaning service plus cleaning and sanitization of coils. The build-up of dirt collected by the air conditioners evaporator coil and condenser for months. A clean filter prevents the evaporator coil to collect dirt rapidly, however the evaporator coil will still collect dirt by time. This dirt decreases the air flow and shields the coil which reduces its capability to soak up the heat Checking the evaporator coil every year and deep cleaning it is important for AC system to work properly and efficient.
AC Ducts are a breading ground for bacteria, dust mites and mold as the dust accumulates and settles over time.
