Care For Items
Please take note of the cleaning
instructions for all clothing items, before handing them to us for cleaning. Ensure that any garment submitted can be safely cleaned as per the manufacturer’s cleaning
instructions. Please add any special care
instructions you would like to make us aware of in the job booking. We will follow the care
instructions on each item. If a care label is missing, we will the make the best judgment call on the right method to clean that item. If you specifically request a treatment that contradicts the care label i
nstructions, we will attempt to contact you and advise on the potential risks. If we are unable to obtain your approval, we reserve the right to not clean that item. If you authorise us to proceed as per your
instructions, you will assume full responsibility for any damage.
We inspect all items before processing. We cannot guarantee the successful removal of any stain but will make every attempt to remove it without damage to your garment. If we find a stain that we cannot guarantee removal, we will inform you in advance. If any items are damaged or defective, we will request your approval to process the laundry. We reserve the right not to clean the item and will inform you of the same.
Damaged Items
Any damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of the day of delivery to
support@mrusta.com or 800-USTA. We reserve the right
to reject any claim made more than 48 hours after the delivery.
If a garment is damaged during the cleaning process due to the customer’s complete or partial neglect of the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions and/or failure to relay those
instructions to us, then we will be unable to provide compensation for the item. Additionally, if we adhere to all
instructions left in the ‘special
instructions' field but damage still occurred, we will not be held responsible for the damage to the item.
We consider the following conditions to be “normal wear and tear”:
- Slight shrinkage from repeated laundering
- Slight fading from repeated laundering
- Thinning of fabric from repeated laundering
- Small rips or tears from repeated laundering
- Colour discoloration due to deodorant, perfumes or colognes
We will first try and mend the item (if it is deemed a low risk quick fix) to the best of our abilities free of charge. However, should we conclude that the item(s) in question were damaged due to “normal wear and tear” and irreparable, then we reserve the right not to provide compensation, in this case.
If an item is considered damaged through our delivery or cleaning process, we will assume full responsibility and provide 5 times the cost to launder that single item as per our current rates listed in below table.

We reserve the right to return items unwashed if we believe that washing or dry cleaning the garment may result in possible or further damage.
Lost Items
Any lost items must be reported within 48 hours of the day of delivery to support@mrusta.com or 800-USTA. We reserve the right to reject any claim made more than 48 hours after the delivery.
If an item is missing from your order, we will do our best to find it promptly. Please contact us with details of the item(s).
We recommend that you check for any missing items in your laundry or dry cleaning order as soon as possible. The likelihood of finding your items is greatly increased if we receive your claim within 48 hours of the delivery of the items. Please note that the process to find missing items can take up to two weeks.
If we are unable to locate your missing item(s) after two weeks, we will assume full responsibility and provide 5 times the cost to launder that single item as per our current rates listed in the below table.

If there are items delivered to you that are not supposed to be included, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible and indicate that you have received items that are not yours. Please provide us with a description of the items in the laundry that was mistakenly delivered to you.
Additional Terms & Conditions:
1. Prices of the Big Laundry Bags are fixed and NOT calculated by weight or item. Bag size is 50*70 cm, it usually can be filled with 22-24 normal shirts. Each bag can be filled up to a maximum 40 items of laundry. If a bag has been picked up and is either not full or less than 40 items, there will be no reductions in the price. If the bag is over 45 items we reserve the right to charge for an additional bag or return some clothes unwashed. You will be notified prior to processing your laundry. If the bag is over 45 items an additional Big Bag price will be charged as per above table.
2. We do not handle leather clothing. They will be returned unwashed.
3. We do not clean carpets or curtains as part of the laundry bag service. If you need those items cleaned, please contact us.
4. Orders can be paid for in advance directly on Mr Usta or in cash upon delivery.
If orders are not paid for by the time they are delivered, items will not be returned until payment is made (either in cash or electronically).
5. If you don’t specify a drop off time in your booking, your order will be delivered at the same time as the pick-up either 24 hours or 48 hours later, depending on the service you booked.
6. If a dry cleaning item is found in another laundry bag service (e.g. Wash and Press) then it will be separated and returned unwashed.
7. Customer 'No Show' - We will attempt a maximum of two times to collect the order for free. After the second attempt we will inform you that there will be a 50% surcharge on the total booking value to come a third time to collect. If we are still unsuccessful after the third attempt, we reserve the right to cancel the order and customer blocked from future orders.
8. Mr Usta and our laundry partner are not responsible for items left outside the premises for pickup, and subsequently lost or stolen. This is to be done at the customer's own risk.
9. Clothing must be suitable for washing at 40 degrees.
10. Clothing must be suitable for tumble drying.
11. Laundry bag must be closed/sealed properly. Any bag overflowing will not be accepted.
