Can you tell the readers a little background about Home Trust? When did it get started? How/why did you come up with the idea?
Home Trust Cleaning is bringing maid services into the 21st century by building a company we would want to do business with ourselves. We provide online booking, lightning fast customer service, and fantastic organic cleaning. We want to WOW you with outstanding customer service, ecologically sustainable quality cleaning products, no contractual obligations, pricing that beats the competitors and a 200% guarantee every time!
If you can describe Home Trust in only one word, what would it be and why?
Our model translates into any language, any culture, and any industry recognizing the need to be competitive across the marketplace. By doing so, Home Trust Cleaning’s capabilities to deliver outstanding service to our clients at a genuinely good value, is what makes us uniquely different and has spurred us to grow from strong to stronger. To be honest, I don’t think there is one word that really describes us.
What’s the biggest challenge you’ve ever faced?
No business could be successful without good people. Our team is more vital than our product, so we need the right employees and unfortunately this proved to be the biggest challenge in our current environment. Fortunately, we managed to put in place a rigorous recruitment system followed by a training period that ends with a set of practical tests, and this helped us make sure that all our employees are top of the line and manage to represent us with pride.
What is the most flattering compliment or feedback you’ve ever received?
The best answer to this is just to quote one of the reviews that we have received: “Top notch quality job. I felt confident that I was dealing with a quality company from the very first phone call. I will definitely recommend them to my neighbors”.
What is the most common request you get for your services?
The most common request that we get from our clients is to have the same cleaner that has already been there before. When this is a last-minute request it becomes a huge challenge for our rostering team as they need to change around all appointments in order to accommodate these requests.
What are your thoughts on mrUsta? What has it done for your business?
mrUsta and Home Trust are aligned on so many different aspects. We both believe that innovation is the way forward with customer engagement and with that being said, mrUsta has been very important for us as we look to grow and expand.
